Returns

What cannot be returned: Most of the items we sell cannot be returned due to that the majority of our business is for customized products which undergo a customer preapproval process prior to order confirmation. No undamaged logoed or embroidered items will be returnable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return. If you feel your order was completed incorrectly or the items arrived damaged please reach out to us at orders@ltsportland.com for resolution.

What can be returned: Any unlogoed or unembroidered (blank) items may be subject to return. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

To return a  product: You must request an refund via email at orders@ltsportland.com. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. 

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning unlogoed or unembroidered products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse these shipping charges. Return shipping for customized products will be decided on a case by case basis.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain and please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund. Outline clearly any issues you may have encountered with your order.
  2. Write the invoice number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
